¹For all hardware requests, please provide the district's property ID number (barcode number) and the serial number of the equipment (computer, monitor, printer, scanner, etc) that is referenced in this support request. The numbers can be found on the barcode label affixed to the unit. (See the sample barcode label below.)

The district's property ID number appears immediately below or adjacent to the barcode, and the serial number is usually preceded by "S#" which in the example above would be 8KQLP. |
